Tren

Hotel

Hotel reservations can only be confirmed if full payment for services has been confirmed (unless expressly agreed otherwise). In case a specific agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation may be confirmed with a partial payment.

Itinerarios
  • The itineraries are planned with great care and for governmental, natural, social or force majeure reasons the order may vary.

  • If the itinerary is not 100% fulfilled for reasons stated in the previous premise, the client is entitled to request a refund (this may be negotiable)

Documentación
  • Passengers must carry their documentation and identification for the execution of tourist services.

Reservas, Pagos y Depósitos
  • To confirm the reservation, the company must have received an advance payment from the customer.

  • The minimum payment of the reservation per person for domestic tourist is S/. 100.00 and for foreign tourists it is US$ 100.00

  • The reservation will be confirmed when our system informs you through an e-mail of the status of confirmed.

  • The cost of sending the money and / or extra commissions, will be covered in full by the client.

Anulaciones y Reembolsos
  • The cancellation of the service must be sent in writing using any means of communication at least 15 days prior to the date of arrival.

  • A commission of the S/ will be charged. 50 for administrative expenses in addition to the costs incurred in the reservation of services related to the tourist package such as: Airline, train, hotel and tourist income, etc.

  • The amount of the refund depends on the cancellation fee policies of the related companies.

  • The client can request the definitive cancellation, postponement of the service or transfer of his travel quota.
